Looks like Kristi Noem has gotten a jump start on her qualifications to be a GOP’r presidential contender by coming under investigation by the AG while governor.

This is the same dumb, gun brandishing, wanna be biker/cowgirl that famously suspended pandemic safety rules to allow a biker-gang event to be held, which created one of the very first super spreader events of the pandemic.
