Different Roles = One Job?

If someone is at a company or agency for 10 years, but was in 4 roles within that time, do you consider that one job or 4?

It depends. If you're thinking about loyalty/longevity, I'd call it one job. But if you're thinking about specific skill sets, I'd consider how many years you were in a specific role. I had two roles in my 10 years at a company, and break them out on my resume but make clear that they were moves within the company, not brand new jobs.
