| Yes. I think it was $175. |

| I was charged my copay - I imagine any consultation with an re would be treated the same as any other medical consultation (if your insurance covers infertility diagnostic tests). |

| Depends on RE. Dr. Sharara charged me $500, whereas Dominion Fertility - $300. But both times, I only had to pay a co-pay. |
