Stopping PIO shots - When did you start menstruating again?

I stopped my PIO shots 6 days ago after my BFN from my first IVF cycle and I have still not started my period yet. I have been on progesterone suppositories before for various IUIs and have always gotten my period 2-3 days after stopping the suppositories. This is my first experience with PIO shots.

Does it take longer for the PIO to get out of your system vs the suppositories? Anyone have a similar experience? What do I do if my period doesn't come back? I've never skipped a period before. TIA for your help!
