Manager meeting comeback please

I’ve worked for the same company for over 14yrs! We have a meeting every few months. The manager will bring up topics unrelated to job performance. I’m one of the most valued employees in the company per the owner. I have the most client referrals and can up sell like crazy. The manager will literally bring up things like, you shouldn’t put on your mascara at work.
Can anyone give me a good comeback for that??

There's no comeback from that because s/he is correct.

Groom at home. At very least go to a bathroom.

Ask why are you bringing that up? How is that relevant to my job performance? Keep reiterating I still fail to see the relevance and I’m uncomfortable that you would raise such trivial matters….

Or

Claim a medical condition. It helps with my mild anxiety and depression. Why mascara, medical condition. Why three cups of coffee medical condition. Why hum a tune medical condition.
