Can anyone tell me about Carderock Springs Elementary School?

I'm curious about what people think about the school, the principal etc....

I went there a really long time ago, I am sure not much has changed except the old school is gone. Do they still talk about the Bishops?

OP here. I have no idea. I don't currently live in the area that goes to that school. I was told it's nice b/c it's one of the smaller elem schools in moco. We are considering a move within the county and looking at the different public schools.

The school is excellent and has a brand new facility. Do a search on this forum and you will see several discussions.

Great school, beautiful new facility, and a new principal who parents and students really like. From the tone in the building last year, it seems that the staff also really likes him. It's very high-achieving and some might say too "high pressure" for such young ages.
