Why would this help with weight loss? FYI lots of negative drug interactions with berberine, so if you take any medications check closely.

It's a supplement form of metformin basically. Not known for significant weight loss but might help with glucose regulation.

I tried it once and felt so bloated I didn't want to eat..so there's that.. .lol
