Name of a Wisconsin female TV chef from ~ 10 yrs ago? On PBS?

Anyone recall the name of her? I vaguely remember her saying she worked in NYC or Brooklyn restaurant and then moving back to Wisconsin.

Google keeps coming up with Vivian Howard but her show was in North Carolina.

I’m almost positive it was Wisconsin. I recall her going to a potluck and making really simple food with family. Typical Midwest stuff. But then she had a flare for better stuff in her own home. But she had a lot of respect for the simple Midwest food.
