And I’m clinically dehydrated! Any tips and tricks?

Get those little flavor bottles to squirt into your juice, or infuse with things like cucumber, lemon, mint.

Just drink it. What will happen if you do?

Could it be that your tap water tastes bad? Our Bethesda tap water is terrible tasting.

We recently got a Berkey water filter and the water is so delicious that we are drinking all kinds of water now.

I don't like water but love carbonated water. Maybe you could try getting a Soda Stream? Or unsweetened iced tea? Or try drinking out of a straw which makes drinking water easier.

I add a small amount of lemon juice and some ice.

Ok, post-chemo, I can’t stand drinking water. It’s been years now. Here’s what I drink- decaf iced tea (all sorts of herbal flavors, too), seltzer, vitamin water lemonade and strawberry l’lemonade, polar seltzer from the bottles is the least bubbly, which is helpful. Also, try just eating watermelon, it’s super hydrating. Jello, too, if you realize it’s the actual liquid that you are more averse to. Also, try different temperatures, that may make a difference, too. Good luck.

Oh, and also vegetable broth! No reason not to drink it from a mug like tea! Sometimes savory beverages like that are more appealing!

Me either so I drink McD’s Diet Coke five large cups a day at least so I’m well hydrated

In the tea section of the grocery store they sell lots of flavored (herbal) tea that is meant to put into cold water for iced tea. I like Tazo iced passion fruit and then I add a little bit of honey.

I do that.

For many drinks I use a straw - easy to drink a lot that way.

I drink a lot of black tea - decaf after my first cup. In winter I occasionally put a tablespoon of cocoa in my hot water instead of tea or coffee. Fizzy water is good, and if you like it. Or diet tonic water. I’ve started avoiding fake sugars but those crystal light packets added to water are great.

I hate drinking water too.
I put cucumber slices and couple of cubes of ice- can finally drink it.
Also try various water - diff bottled water types, diff temps, one will finally click.

Is this sarcasm?

Put a tiny splash of juice into the water.

When my kids are sick we do with with apple juice splashed into water. There is something about the apple juice that allows us to swallow it faster than just water.
