Need rec for employment lawyer

I am being let go, but it is not straightforward; they are pushing me into a lesser role on a completely different job function, so a "constructive dismissal"
I want a "staged voluntary departure" which makes it easier for them but with a decent severance package.

I need a lawyer who can help me with this. I am in No Va, the company is in CA.
