Monthly Airbnb vs signing a lease?

Has anyone done a monthly Airbnb rather than sign a lease? At least for a few months. What was your experience? The area I’m looking in the Airbnb monthly isn’t much higher than a regular lease plus I’m not responsible for utilities and don’t have to give a security deposit.

I need a house for 3 months where is yours?
