How to prep Trader Joe's chicken meatballs?

Not sure what I was thinking when I bought them, but here we are. They are apparently already cooked? How do you mix them into a meal?

Why do people buy nasty stuff and then ask what to do with it?

Throw it away.

I left them defrost and then heat them with sauce in a pan. Great for a quick meal. Ignore prior poster who obviously has never had them.

They are totally fine. I just microwave, or cook in sauce if I have time. I even eat as a protein with asian sauces, and again it is totally fine. Nothing fancy but tastes good.

If you have an air fryer it is a great way to heat them in 5 minutes. I usually serve them plain to my kids.

Just warm them up in a pan. Can do marinara sauce and serve with pasta or do chicken meatball sandwiches (my youngest loves this - toast some brioche slider buns and add the meatballs and sauce with some mozzarella and provolone to melt in the oven). Can also add a BBQ sauce or a teriyaki/SoyVey sauce and serve with rice and veggies kind of like a stir fry.

Pesto (Kirkland from Costco, or the vegan one from Trader Joe's isn't bad if you're already there) + pasta + a squeeze of lemon.

I am going to buy these stat, freeze them, then have on hand when DH wants a home cooked meal. He will not know the difference.

I just microwave them with some sauce. Great for a quick pasta dinner or meatball sub for hhungry teenager.

1. Have you never heard of an impulse buy? 2. How would I know it's nasty until I've tasted it? 3. I am trying to broaden what I cook for dinners. This seemed like an option. If it's good, I can replace chopped meat with these, and be healthier.

Why do people post nasty things for no reason?

OP - my go-to for meatballs, frozen or thawed, is to simmer them in marinara sauce for about 30 mins until heated through.

Instead of a marinara sauce, try a jarred Tikki masala sauce with the meatballs and serve over rice.
