Feedback on Merit School of Clarendon?

Hi, I'm looking for feedback on Merit School of Clarendon, VA. Especially the infants and young toddlers classes. I was very unimpressed by the assistant director on our tour and I heard the director is leaving now too (didn't meet her). One worker in the infant class didn't even speak English and her co-workers were trying to communicate with her via one word Spanish commands lol (is this normal? I thought daycare workers always had to speak English to be employed? or no?). I'm not sure if this was reflective of the overall experience. It's one of the few places that offer part-time care so wondering if anyone actually sends their child there and can give feedback.

This is not helpful for the infant or toddler class, but the JK teacher is excellent. Hard to know how the new director will pan out, but she's easy to communicate with and so far seems fine. Lots of people "actually" send their child there No school is perfect, but I've been at a handful for various reasons over the years with multiple children and this school has been fine. It is expensive, but lots of extras/enrichments.
