can I cook shish Kabobs in am and reheat for later

or will it taste terrible? It will be hotter than heck in our area so I thought I should grill now in the AM (or should i use the oven first/grill to reheat later!)

And then give a quick grill to heat up later? i don‘t want to grill in the hot heat wearher?

Any tips/advice? Don’t want them to be dried out.

That’s absolutely what they will be if you cook and reheat. Fan near the grill? I also live in area where it’s hotter than he11 and we just suck it up and grill in the heat. You really don’t need to be outside that long. Just pop in and out to check on them.

Cut the meat small so it'll cook quiclkly. Do it fresh.
