Rebounding/trampoline

Anonymous
I'd like to get into rebounding/trampoline for health reasons. Before I buy a really good mini rebounder, is there any reason why using our large trampoline in out backyard is not a good idea? (I often jump on it for fun with my kids).

I like the idea of being outside while doing the workouts, and if I really take to it I would buy a mini one for winter to continue inside.

Unless they provide totally different workouts for some reason, and I NEED to get a mini from the get-go.

Any fitness people out there who can chime in?
