Summer high school PE

I hesitated when DD wanted to take PE this summer through Virtual Virginia, but 2 hours of daily exercise Monday-Friday has transformed her. She sleeps great, the moodiness is gone, and she is overall a happier teenager. I'll be sad when the 6 weeks is over. I'm posting in case anyone is on the fence next summer.
