My dentist gave me a prescription. I liked it okay… it didn’t lather well (if that makes sense even though I know it doesn’t lather like shampoo).

My dentist gave me MI Paste https://www.dentist.net/products/gc-america-mi-paste

I put some in my night guard and sleep with it in.
