ISO dermatologist/surgeon who specializes in scar removal/remediation

I have some pretty intense self harm scars in conspicuous places that I would really like to take care of. I’ve done everything I can in terms of gel patches and creams for years. These scars are decades old.

Does anyone have a surgeon/dermatologist that is really amazing at scar work (laser, maybe minor surgery, micro needling combination of all and more) that they would recommend?

I’ve spent countless hours browsing the Internet and reading reviews over the years but I really can’t figure out who to go to and would love a recommendation.
