Best app for beginners

Hi - new poster here. I tried to scan a few pages to see if this has been asked, but didn't see it.

I'm mid-forties and I need to get into a routine. I need to start slow, like, run 10 minutes, and do 5 minutes of abs / pushups.

I want something that just tells me what to do every day.

Does this exist?
