My primary care doctor uses the MyPrivia portal to communicate and provide testing results. I recently went to another doctor - a specialist for a specific issue. They also use MyPrivia and set up an account for me which caused my access to my primary care office to disappear. I've tried to explain this problem to both offices and all they seem to do is reset my password. I can only seem to see 1 office.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you get it resolved? I want to be able to access records from both offices. Seems like a straightforward issue and something that must happen often but both of these doctors' offices seem perplexed. |
