Traders joes Soyaki. Put chicken in a ziplock and put in some of the Soyaki - marinate. At the same time, Grill some veggies with salt/pepper and olive oil. Halve small zucchini and/or yellow squash, an ear of corn, mushroom if you like. Easy and tasty.

Halloumi everything! I make halloumi tacos with a tortilla, guacamole, and grilled halloumi.
I make a salad with grilled corn and halloumi as well that's fantastic in summer. |
| Chicken with a marinade of fresh lemon juice and Greek yogurt |
| I take boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut them in half and pound them so they are flat and cook faster. Brush both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Grill 3-4 minutes each side. Good by itself, with bbq sauce or cut up in a salad. |
