Ideas for parents 60th snniversary

Anonymous
My parents live about 500 miles away. Due to circumstances, I will not be able to see them on their 60th. They are in assisted living ad my dad is in memory care, so any gift involving them going out is not feasible. What would be a nice gift of way of recognizing them?

A nice long note with memories and appreciation for the parent who has their memory in tact.

I think flowers sent to each of them, separately, would be nice. Make the details on the card very clear for your Dad: Happy 60th Wedding Anniversary. So glad you and ___ are enjoying 60 years of marriage ...from your daughter ___

I say, separately, because men like receiving flowers. Even balloons. Maybe a large picture of the two of them.

Can you do a scrapbook - the story of their marriage?

Can you send them a nice meal? I sure the AL place serves nice food, but sometimes it's nice to have something different
