Need vegetarian recipes

Does anyone have a favorite easy vegetarian recipe they would like to share? Or does anyone know of a good source online where I can find these recipes? Thanks.

I think Epicurious.com has a vegetarian section. Easy to search and you can put in the ingredients you want to use up.

There's a great blog, Little House of Veggies that always has great recipes and photos of the food (even step by step pictures for some of the recipes). Also vegweb.com is a great resource!

You might get inspired if you search for recipes with specific ingredients. Vegetarian is a huge category! food52.com is a crowd sourced site that runs a lot of meat-free recipes. Have fun!

Cooking Light magazine does several vegetarian recipes each month. Myrecipes.com is the website for Cooking Light and several other magazines by the same publisher. You can just search by category and look for vegetarian recipes.

Try Eating Well and search for veg recipes

Also, I have never cooked from 101recipes.com, but her blog is visually appealing and 100% vegetarian recipes (or at least the last time I cooked).
