Any one have any good suggestions for taking a 10 year old for best breakfast or brunch in the Montgomery county MD area ? DC loves pancake , French toast etc . She loves IHOP but would like to take her to a different place than usual ? Any ideas ? Thanks

All good suggestions. Silver Diner is the best all around because it has the best pancakes (banana, blueberry or chocolate chip are all great) but also good French toast, waffles etc. AND a good range of adult options too.

Java Nation has awesome French toast and cute outdoor seating.

It’s hard to mess up pancakes, etc. I’d do Clyde’s Tower Oaks as it feels fancy for a ten year old but still casual enough.

I agree. I was really disappointed in First Watch.
