Did I just waste $27?

I bought this and then saw reviews that the paint chips away.

Is there something I can buy to spray or coat the painted resin with that will keep this looking good? Will be outdoors on the roof deck all summer into the fall. I can store them over winter.

It’s the only white railing planter in the right size and design I’m looking for. I was hoping to find a way to use it but protect it first.

You can try spraying it with clear Rustoleum.
