honors classes at UVA

Oh so innocent. You are moving to the real world now. The best you can get is a 4.0. Much harder to do when there are no test retakes, late work is penalized, no extra credit and you can actually receive a grade lower than 50%.

High schools do so much these days to prepare kids for the real world.

MY DS enrolled in a few honor classes, because he though he was going to get the .5 added to his GPA. I will tell him to switch to regular when he wakes up. Thanks !

what ARE you talking about? There are no "honors" classes at UVA?

I think OP is inarticulate and can’t write and what she really means is does UVA add a .5 for honors classes taken in high school?
