Prenatal Yoga Classes

Does anyone know where there are good prenatal yoga classes in Bethesda or Chevy Chase?

Tranquil Space Bethesda offers prenatal classes twice a week - Monday nights and Saturday afternoons. I usually go on Monday nights, and I really enjoy it. Their website is www.tranquilspacebethesda.com

Circle Yoga in Chevy Chase has a couple of good classes....if you're willing to travel to Silver Spring or Takoma Park, Willow Street Yoga's classes are excellent.

I would highly recommend the class at Unity Woods in Bethesda - the teacher, Linda, is very good and creates a warm atmosphere for sharing.

Thanks for the information. I went to the Tranquil space yoga class and it was fantastic. I'm much less flexible than I realized, but it was relaxing.

Has anyone gone to the prenatal yoga classes offered through Holy Cross? What did you think of them? They're $72 for 6 sessions.

I'm sure I could find this online -- but as long as some of you have looked into and/or attended classes at the places you mentioned, can you post how much they cost (if you remember)?

At Tranquil Space it is $33 for 3 classes and then you can buy other passes after that for 6, 10, or 20 classes. I think they expire after 3 months.
