Do pre/probiotics make you poop more and lose weight?

Just began a new regimen never having used before and I'm going way more and feel less bloated. However they're urinary/vag probiotics not gut ones. Are all probiotics affecting the gut?

Did someone from an MLM teach you about gUt HeAlTh? It’s just poop, it’s not weight loss. Fat loss is from breathing, not pooping.

I was taking women's probiotic, then switched to gut probiotic. I am not sure if that helps, but I have noticed that I'm less bloated, but I also have been moving and exercising more.

I also take magnesium, and that definitely helps me go, and sleep better.

I don't think it helps me with weight loss, but it definitely helps with staying regular and manages bloating. Its also helped me with poop consistency. I had to try a couple of different types to find the one that worked best for me.

I personally think the whole "probiotics for women" is just marketing.

I started Seed probiotic in January and I’m not sure if I notice a difference. If anything I was feeling more bloated. I went down to 1 pill a day to see if that helps.

Different strains have different benefits. Some strains can cause weight gain and some can aid in weight loss.
