If so, I'll take it. Climate change is unfortunate and scary, but the only benefit is that I love the weather we've been having. I hate the hot, humid summers here. |
Thanks for jinxing it. |

We haven’t had a summer like this in decades. I think it’s mostly a fluke. I love it though. |
I had the same thought OP. Don't hate it! |
I LOVE IT. |
What are you talking about. It’s always July and August that’s brutal. We’re not there yet. We’ll see what happens… |
Yes but even if they are unbearable, we usually get much higher humidity in May and especially in June. June is more than halfway over and I can't think of a single uncomfortable day. That's not typical. |
Temp and humidity have been enjoyable; the effects of a lack of precip/snow melt is setting in. So many wilting hydrangaes; my grass has already browned. |
It’s delightful. |
June is usually very nice here. Come back to this topic in July/August! |
It’s just bizarre to me how climate change can make summer cooler. That makes absolutely no sense to me.
The climate changing would be getting hotter and hotter. I don’t understand this at all. |
June is normally the month with the most unsettled atmosphere so what we are experiencing isn't unusual. The past few Junes have been abnormal. Anyone remember June 2005 or 2006 (can't remember which) where it rained for weeks and Independence Ave flooded? |
It just rained about 4 inches in an hour at my house in Kensington. Never seen anything like it before. No thanks. |
