Viewing DC fireworks with kids and Grandpa - Iwo Jima or Lyndon Johnson Grove?

We will be taking our kids (elementary school age) and Grandpa (age 83; not too mobile) to the fireworks tomorrow. Which location would be less walking -- Iwo Jima (where Grandpa can be dropped off at handicapped entrance) or Lyndon Johnson Grove (requires walking from Pentagon parking lot).

We'll be equipped with camp chairs, coolers, picnic and snacks, card games, and blanket.
