Fireworks in Takoma Park

We are thinking of going to the fireworks display at Takoma Park MS this year. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good place to sit that is a bit further away but where you can still see them. One of my kids is very sensitive to loud noises but would really enjoy himself if we aren't right under them.
