| What’s the process in your agency after the SES Candidate Development Program interview and selection to the list of eligibles? Who determines selection into the program? Is it at the opm/department level or the sponsoring agency? |

| I think it’s the agency level they have a review board of SESers from the agency. Which one are you applying to? Curious bc I’m thinking about it too |
