Anyone have any insight into how the principal is? Parents seem to like her but the teacher turnover is high. Would appreciate any info. Thanks

She's popular and friendly.
My experiences include asking her why the heating is not turned off and the kids are suffering in their classrooms and her reply - oh they're never turned off at the right time.

I had to go to the board to request they turned the heating off. It was on a day when parents went into the classrooms and most of us were practically passing out with the extreme heat.

So I would say in that instance, she proved herself pretty ineffective. She'd not sought to solve the problem and didn't even bother to seem like she had done so.

So I'd say my own personal opinion, is that she is not that bright.

I don’t think it matters because I think it is confirmed that next year is her last year.

She is way better than the old principal who is currently the principal at cold spring elementary.
