I have a cement foundation/basement that is visible on the sides and rear of the house. I’ve read it’s possible to cover cement with a stone veneer for a better look. Anyone have a general idea of cost per sq ft for this?
It depends on the stone you choose. Is the concrete foundation (concrete! cement is an ingredient in concrete) bare and unpainted? You can get thin veneer stone (real stone) in a lot of types of stone and cost will vary widely.
Search for "stone veneer" on logical websites to see options and pricing, e.g., https://www.homedepot.com/p/GenStone-Stacked-Stone-Desert-Sunrise-12-in-x-42-in-Faux-Stone-Siding-Panel-G2SSDSHP/309651076
18:54 here. If you're in the DMV area, Tristate/Carderock quarries their own stone and has a thin veneer. 10 sq ft box is about $135.
