I will start. My company might be one of best.
We have a 401k with a 6 percent match AND a 457 with a 6 percent match. Also means you can put in twice as much as a 401k alone Fannie and Freddie does 6 percent plus 2 percent profit sharing or 8 percent. Their plan is great cause they also match on the cash bonus. Blizzard, Uber and Visa have big matches 10-25 percent! Visa if you put in 10 percent they do a 200 percent match. Blizzard is dollar for dollar first 25 percent Any others |
50% of the first 6% of my pay, so.... 3% really.
22% of my pay and I don’t have to contribute anything to get that. Not a for-profit org.
FDIC. Up to 10%, 4% with no employee contribution. Plus FERS pension.
Mine is a 4% contribution plus a 3% match so 7% total
50% up to 10% or dollar for dollar up to 5%.
50% up to the max contribution
I used to get 10% of my salary put into a 401k without having to contribute anything--though I could put in up to the legal max too. But then that organization went through major changes and laid everyone off, so clearly retirement plan design isn't everything in a job!
10% working for a non-proft
20% of salary without employee having to contribute anything
Old firm had a double match of 6% *of your salary*
6% match with true-up + 10% at the end of the fiscal year as a sort of profit sharing thing.
DH’s company puts in 25% with no employee contribution, but employees can contribute up to the IRS combined max.
Could you all include the company?
No. It's an anonymous forum. |
