Canvas - cleared already? No courses

| 7th grade DD logged in to study for a quiz and there’s nothing. No courses at all. MCPS has cleared the account for the school year already I guess. Is this normal? |

| No. Canvas won't lock until next Tuesday which is the last day for teachers to finalize grades. I can see my courses fine. Could be a glitch with your daughter's account or your school. |

| Last year, Canvas wiped out a student’s account the same way. It was restored on the last day of school. We just froze her grades. |
