Lakelands Park 8th Grade Promotion

Early spring, the principal sent an email stating parents would sign up for a time slot for 8thngrade promotion. I never heard any more about it and assumed we would hear before end of school. Just got last newsletter which mentions nothing about the time tonarrive st school.
Is everyone to be there at 5:30 or are the times still staggered?
It would really help with out of town family to have some idea of what is going on.

The newsletter says tonsee the synergy email. Now if anyone can find how to access the synergy emails we're all set.
No clue why they make things unnecessarily complicated by spreading them across platforms.

I think that is the ParentVue email but there aren't any recent emails from the school there except a hate bias incident

Out of town family for 8th grade promotion?

Out of town family here for summer but will be attending and would like to know plans. It's embarrassing to keep saying We aren't sure when to be there.
And I still don't know when!
