Can we please have a Retirement Forum on DCUM?

TIA.

I’d support that.

Op you need to put this on website feedback forum so Jeff can see

I think it's a good idea, the forum for Midlife Concerns and Eldercare is targeted at middle aged people and is often about retirees but not for retirees. I am a retiree and am also a mom, used to be a DC Suburban Mom but now life elsewhere but still love this forum for various reasons.

Yes please

Surprised there isn’t one already

What about retirement? Money issues? Travel ideas? Jobs? Relationships? I agree that the Elder Care forum doesn’t cut it but you need to articulate what it is you’d like to see and why it’s not covered elsewhere.

Agree. I would post about anything related to retirement there to include everything from health, relationships to where to live etc and dealing with a sick spouse etc

Bump agree

Would love it.

OP, you need to raise this to JEFF not us. Use Website Feedback forum, not Off-Topic.

That's real estate forum. Every topic mentioned can be in another forum, or, Off Topic.

There are a lot of retirement questions on the Money Forum. I don't think a forum with all those various topics mixed together would elicit good responses; they are better answered on other forums related to the issue at hand like Money and Real Estate.

Disagree with PP. It is hard finding info relating specifically to retirement. It's a very different life stage and all the usual money and real estate advice doesn't usually apply. A new forum would be so helpful.
