Fabulous birthday party venue on the water?

I'm looking any suggestions on a beautiful venue on the water to host my husband's 50th birthday party luncheon. We will invite about 100-150 people. I prefer to have it in Maryland, but am open to the Annapolis/ Eastern shore area too. Good food is a must. Any suggestions DCUM?

Herrington Harbor South Marina. They have a great restaurant and do weddings and events.


Historic Londontown, but you have to get your own caterer.

Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in Stevensville or Kent Island maybe?
