help me find my motivation to exercise

I tend to be on again, off again. Had a really great, consistent few weeks and was super proud of how I was feeling, and even starting to see some definition in my arms/tris.

Fast forward to today, I barely exercised this week.

I have been pushed into lame duck mode prematurely by my boss (leaving next week), I know that has something to do with feeling a bit blah. I also tend to cycle through feeling down, this was definitely one of those weeks.

Help me get my mojo and motivation back!! Please! All kicks in the ass, as well as words of inspiration, welcome.

Do it first thing in the AM before you can make any excuses.

I think you need to find a way to really enjoy all this. I work very hard for a living, and frankly, I love exercising. I can't think of anything else I would rather do than that.

It is my entertainment, as lame as that sounds. Finally the weather has turned, and I was outside with two different groups this weekend in the sun. Yesterday was perfect - two plus hours on my bike, decent effort, and some coffee afterwards. What a time to be alive.

Agree with this. I wake up, get dressed and exercise. If I leave it for the evening, I can always find an excuse not to go
