Looking for a company in the DMV that does custom, individually wrapped cookies for a graduation party. Hoping they can be used as favors. Anyone have any recommendations for a company that does this? Thank you!

Village Sweet in Westover makes fabulous custom cookies. We have used them as favors for multiple events over the years.

We used Captain Cookie in DC for favors recently. We asked them to individually wrap them and they did.
