I’m considering getting cool sculpting for my upper arms. I’m trim and in shape, but I can’t get rid of excess flab on my upper arms. Would love to hear your experiences - good and bad - and any recommendations. Thanks! |
Have you seen how awful cool schilpting can be if it results in hardening of the fat? Linda evangelista who has access to the best of thr best had her body and looks destroyed by coolsculpting.
You need to do triceps dips and lose some weight. There is no easy fix. If what you actually have is loose skin only surgery can fix that. |
Cool sculpting is a waste of money. Just get lipo. |
I would not do cool sculpting. Look at pics of Linda Evangelista after. |
I did it on my abdomen and was happy with the results. It did hurt a lot! The recovery was bad the first treatment (swelling, tenderness for a week) but almost nothing after the second treatment. They advertised it would remove 20-25% of the fat and I think that's a good estimate. My lower stomach has never been flat in my entire life until now. |
Have you tried triceps dips using a chair? |
