Is it too late to plant tomato seedlings in MD?

I suddenly have an urge to plant a few tomato plants and some cucumbers. Am I too late? I have a good spot -- I could go buy some seedlings tomorrow if there are any at the store, of course. Or have I missed the window of opportunity?

If there's still time, any particular variety I should look for?
