End of year appreciation for high school teachers?

My son had a couple of particularly great teachers this year, and I’d like to recognize that and express my appreciation. I will do a thank you note and copy the principal. But what else would teachers appreciate from a high school parent?

I'm a high school teacher and prefer Thank You notes to everything else. People tend to give me a lot of flowers/plants (but I am leaving on break) or food/chocolate (so much that it would be impossible to eat.) I am grateful for all of the gestures, but appreciate the notes the most. I do also appreciate tpt gift cards.
