Best low class chicken sausage

Anonymous
We cannot eat pork.

My kiddo likes the chicken sausage they serve at Silver Diner and Ted’s Bulletin. Where can I find something similar in a grocery? He does not want anything fancy with apple or red pepper or feta or whatever other flavorings like what I seem to always find in the stores.

Tips?

Chicken sausage without anything added would be no different in taste than a piece of chicken. You can make your own if you’re just picky about what specific flavors you add in.

Trader Joe’s has a really good chicken breakfast sausage that is simple. They also have a bunch of other flavors but those might be too fancy.

Watch it on these other recs people are making - we don’t eat pork for religious reasons and some of these recs above I know are pork casing.

Are you talking about breakfast linkstyke sausage? Applegate Farms makes a classic-seasoned breakfast chicken sausage. I think it comes in patties too.
