Level II switching schools

My first grader gets level II pull outs and was referred for them next year. We are moving and switching schools to another FCPS school. Will my child still be eligible for services at the new school and if so, how do I make sure this happens? What documentation do I need to provide? Should I ask the teacher for any sort of reference information for next year's application to AAP?

I was told the designation is valid through all of FCPS. It's on his student file. Just send the email notification to the ART teacher in the new school.
