I think all places should ban masks for transit AND businesses.

Criminals are now using them to "mask" their identity when they loot and rob.

This is so dumb. They think banning ski masks is going to stop criminals from wearing them? In Philly of all places??

I’m from Philly. All a ban will do is cause people who never wore ski masks on SEPTA to start wearing them.
