| Looks like this one will list tomorrow. I walk by this house all the time and have always wondered about its history. It's a large house in a quiet pocket near downtown SS that backs to a big park -- will be interesting to see the interior photos. If it's updated on the inside, this one should generate a lot of interest. https://www.redfin.com/MD/Silver-Spring/610-Deerfield-Ave-20910/home/11760575 |
| That park is where I release the mice we trap (it’s 2 miles from my house). |
| Looks boring and unremarkable |
|
What a strange response. This is relevant how? |
|
You should be exterminating them not making them someone else's problem. |
|
 Interior pictures are up. |
| Not a fan of the reno. And 1.1m for an unremarkable house in SS? Uh no. |
| They should have left the interior pics off. My eyes. The beams are terrible. Why with a giant kitchen do they have a pot rack hanging on a side wall. I guess it is all cosmetic but it reminds me that a house can look bland on the outside and horrendous on the inside. |
| The mice just die. You can’t relocate them. |
| Oh, they ruined that poor house. I would have loved it before they gave it an open floor plan and all new floors etc. Why can’t people mess with ugly 1980’s houses instead of historic ones? |
| Yikes, all those ceiling beams need to go. |
|
 Ok psycho |
| I was expecting a true monstrosity when I clicked on the link. You're all ridiculous and dramatic. This is a vast improvement over what it used to be. And those insane number of beams are easily removed. House-Hate is a sport on this forum. PS - it will go fast. For over ask. |
|
 Sure, Jan. |
| Looks chaotic, the ceiling beams, all the clashing lines… not for me |
