Weight loss - only 5 pounds in one month

Looking for magic. I’m super healthy, workout , eat veggies and low carb, but I need to lose 5 pounds for. An event in a month. Best way to do this for my slow middle age 47 metabolism. I’m vegetarian

calorie counting. Depending on your height and starting weight if you do strictly 3 meals x 1200calories per day and you'll lose about 2-3 lbs per wk.

Yeah, calorie counting and no snacking. Frankly if you drop breakfast or lunch, do no snacking or alcohol and cut down desserts, I think you should get there no problem, but for some people cutting out the one meal would be tough.
