Where can I go to snack on food and use my laptop without homeless people strung out in md

I have tried Starbucks, whole foods, panera in Bethesda, Chevy chase and silver spring. I just want to buy food and use my laptop for work while I am waiting for my kids to be done with their sports.

Kaldi Coffeehouse in Silver Spring. Love it.

It would be one thing if it was just the presence of homeless people around -- I don't have an issue for that and have empathy for people in that situation. But I've had recent experiences with people who were mentally unstable and/or on substances coming into places where I was working (including, in one instance, the public library) to harass employees and patrons, yell, play music on personal speakers, lay down or put feet on furniture, and a variety of other disruptive, harassing behaviors.

It does make me just want to stay home.

Ok great. Any other places that enforce vagrancy rules.
